Sara Montañez, PA-C

Sara grew up in Denver, Colorado where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Physiology and Psychology at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She went on to earn a Master of Physician Assistant Practice at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. She is board certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants. 

After finishing school at USC Sara lived in Pasadena, California for 9 years where she enjoyed beaches and sunny weather.  During that time, she developed a special interest in Cardiology and went on to practice in that specialty for 5 years.   In 2016 Sara decided to move back to her hometown of Denver, Colorado to shift her focus to Vascular Surgery and she has remained in this specialty for the last 9 years.   Sara’s specialized training has allowed her to gain valuable experience in the treatment of complex arterial and venous disease.  Additionally, she is experienced in the aesthetic treatment of spider veins with sclerotherapy. 

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dog Sox, snowboarding, and traveling.
